To ensure a well-organised and impactful experience, a coordination and administration fee applies. This fee covers coordination services, including delegate support, curated meetings, networking facilitation (such as breakfast briefings and strategic dinners), and the organisation of participation in official sessions.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
A non-refundable registration fee of CHF 150 applies in all cases.
Substitution of participants from the same organisation may be accepted upon prior notice. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Please note: International travel to and from Latin America, as well as accommodation costs, are not included in the participation fee and must be arranged individually.
All regional flights within Latin America will be booked centrally by Worlddidac for all confirmed participants to ensure coordinated group arrivals and shared ground transfers to the hotels. These internal flights will be booked under preferential conditions, and the corresponding costs will be invoiced separately to each participant once the bookings are confirmed.
