To ensure a well-organised and impactful experience, a coordination and administration fee applies. This fee covers coordination services, including delegate support, curated meetings, networking facilitation (such as breakfast briefings and strategic dinners), and the organisation of participation in official sessions.
Payment Process: The payment is divided into two steps:
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable registration fee of CHF 150 applies to all confirmed participants.
If cancellation is received on or before 15 January 2026, 50% of the total participation fee will be retained.
If cancellation is received after 15 January 2026, the full participation fee is non-refundable, as delegation services and arrangements will already be confirmed with our local partners.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Substitutions of participants from the same organisation may be possible upon request.
Please note: International travel to and from Latin America, as well as accommodation costs, are not included in the participation fee and must be arranged individually.
All regional flights within Latin America (Bogotá → Quito → Lima → Santiago) will be booked centrally by Worlddidac for all confirmed participants to ensure coordinated group arrivals and shared ground transfers to the hotels. These internal flights will be booked under preferential conditions, and the corresponding costs will be invoiced separately to each participant once the bookings are confirmed.
