Description

ROMDIDAC S.A. - Compania de material didactic- was established in 1962. Until 1989, it functioned as a department under the Ministry of Education, with the objective of supplying laboratory equipment, kits, audio-visual equipment, models, molds, graphic material, school and other materials necessary for educational institutions of all grades.

After 1990, it became a joint stock company, under its current name, diversifying its activity. At present, a company department deals exclusively with book import and subscriptions to foreign periodicals, and another department of subscriptions to databases and other electronic resources of a scientific character.

As a member of WORLDDIDAC, ROMDIDAC colaborates with prestigious companies from around the world, such as PHYWE, LANGLOIS , OPTIKA. ROMDIDAC collaborates with over 800 publishers of printed publications (books and magazines).
ROMDIDAC is a partner in Romania of EBSCO Information Services and also collaborates with other major editors of electronic resources.
