Payment Terms

Participation within the Worlddidac Pavilion is available exclusively to Worlddidac members at a participation fee of CHF 2,400. The fee includes a 2 m² exhibition space within the Worlddidac Pavilion.

Should you require additional exhibition space or wish to discuss customised participation options, please do not hesitate to contact the Worlddidac team.

Payment Process & Cancellation Policy

Upon receipt of your registration form, Worlddidac will issue an invoice for the applicable participation fee. Participation is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before 15 February 2027 will be refunded, less a CHF 150 administrative fee.
Cancellations received from 16 February 2027 onwards are non-refundable (except for reasons related to force majeure).

Please note that travel, accommodation, visa, shipping, and other personal expenses are not included in the participation fee.
