Worlddidac Trade Delegation to COP30 – Lead the Future of Green Education
Place: Belém, Brazil
Date: November 11-14, 2025
How do we tackle climate change without transforming education?
Worlddidac believes that education is the key to a sustainable future. At COP30 – the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference, we aim to place Green Education at the center of the climate action agenda.
Together with our experienced partner, the ZENAGA Foundation – a proven participant in previous COP events – we are creating an impactful platform for educational suppliers, innovators, and sustainability-focused training providers to connect with global stakeholders, showcase the future of education in a net-zero world, and gain maximum benefit and real visibility at COP30.
We are inviting a select group of 12 educational suppliers, innovators, and sustainability-driven training providers to be part of the Worlddidac Trade Delegation at COP 30 – the most powerful and influential global climate conference.
This is your opportunity to engage directly with global decision-makers, position your solutions at the forefront of sustainability education, gain strategic visibility, and drive meaningful impact in climate-aligned workforce development. Enjoy the opportunity for exclusive access to COP30, where high-level policy negotiations, national delegations, and global sustainability initiatives take place.

How It Works
Delegation Size: Limited to 12 participants to ensure exclusive access and meaningful engagement.
UN Approval & Accreditation: Worlddidac will facilitate the application for COP30 accreditation. However, participation is subject to individual UN validation and cannot be confirmed until official approval is received – expected in September 2025. Note: Participation may be canceled if the internal UN registration process is not successful.
Travel & Accommodation Advice:
- Participants are responsible for their own flights, hotels, meals, and visas. Due to the uncertainty around UN approval timelines, we strongly advise participants to book travel with cancellation or rebooking options.
- The Brazilian government is expected to provide public buildings and cruise ships as accommodation options (details pending).
Coordination Fee:
- A fixed fee will apply to cover organizational services and support for high-value engagement.
Access & Participation:
- Approved participants will receive credentials to enter the negotiation areas, country & NGO pavilions, and key discussion forums.
- There may be additional business & public areas outside the official zone.
- Delegates will have the flexibility to network and establish strategic connections independently during the event.
The registration is now closed
Please note: Final confirmation of participation is subject to individual UN approval, and official accreditation decisions are expected in September 2025.
