COP30- Binding Registration

Thank you for being so interested in joining the Worlddidac – Zenaga Delegation to COP 30, taking place from 11 to 14 November 2025 in Belém, Brazil, as part of the official United Nations Climate Change Conference.

By submitting this form, you confirm your clear intent to participate in the delegation. This allows us to initiate the official accreditation process on your behalf. Please note that final approval lies with the UNFCCC, and your participation is subject to their confirmation.

Payment Terms for Participation

To ensure a well-organised and impactful experience, a coordination and administration fee applies. Please note: This is not a registration fee or an entry ticket fee for COP 30. The fee covers coordination services, including delegate support, networking facilitation, and the organisation of participation in official side sessions.  

Non–Members Total Coordination Fee: CHF 3,500.00 (three thousand, five hundred Swiss Francs)   

Since the final participation is subject to approval by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) the payment is divided into two steps :

• 50% of the total amount is payable immediately by credit card upon completion of this form. This initial payment confirms your preliminary registration and enables us to initiate the application process accordingly. 
• 50% balance payable only after confirmation of participation by the UNFCCC (CHF 1,750.00) and after receiving the Invoice from Worlddidac.

    ❗In case the application is later withdrawn by the participant or denied by UNFCCC, we reserve the right to retain CHF 450 to cover administrative costs.❗

  Travel and accommodation are not included.
