Higher Education and Scientific Research in light of Digitalization and the 4^th Industrial Revolution (4IR)

The Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA), in partnership with the African Development Bank (AfDB) and other affiliates, invites development partners, delegates of ministries and organisations, as well as representatives from the private sector and academicians, to participate in the 3^rd ADEA 2022 High-Level Policy Dialogue Forum on Higher Education and Scientific Research taking place virtually on March 10^th, 2022.

After two absorbing meetings in 2021 which were dealing with technical and vocational skills development and foundational learning, this third and last forum will be devoted to Higher Education and Scientific Research and will look at

• Prioritising a digital environment to boost the higher education system;
• Placing research and innovation at the center of national response to economic and environmental challenges; and
• Access to quality education and improving quality assurance approaches.
