Most manufacturers have to choose between scale and quality. At Eisco, we have spent years building manufacturing systems that allow both to grow together. As we expanded our education business, we developed the expertise to produce a wide variety of laboratory products at scale while maintaining, and often improving, the quality standards our customers rely on. That expertise is exactly what we set out to apply as we scaled our glassware manufacturing.

Our new glassware manufacturing facility is three times the size of our previous one, giving us the room to hold larger inventory levels, increase production capacity, and deliver shorter lead times, all without compromising on the quality standards our customers expect.

As production continues to expand over the coming years, the facility is expected to support more than 80 skilled glassblowing specialists and an annual manufacturing capacity exceeding 20 million pieces.

By combining skilled craftsmanship with modern manufacturing technologies, we continue strengthening our position as a trusted global partner for scientific and laboratory glassware.

Working towards our goals, one step at a time, Eisco achieved ISO 14001:2015 Certification, the internationally recognized standard for Environmental Management Systems (EMS).

This certification reflects a structured, long-term commitment to reducing our environmental impact while continuously improving the way we operate. Through a systematic approach to environmental management, Eisco has strengthened processes that promote responsible resource utilization, waste reduction, regulatory compliance, energy effeciency, and continual performance improvement across our manufacturing facilities.

More importantly, it reinforces our broader vision of supporting science education and research through manufacturing practices that are both responsible and sustainable.

Reinventing Laboratory Equipment for the Digital Generation

Laboratory education is evolving rapidly, and so are the expectations of today’s educators and students. Yet many laboratory staples have changed very little over the past several decades. At Eisco, we see this as an opportunity to rethink products that have long been considered “good enough” and redesign them for today’s classrooms.

Many of our customers are already familiar with innovations such as our NextGen® Bunsen Burners and Garage Physics range, both developed with the goal of improving the teaching and learning experience. Building on that philosophy, we are now introducing Eisco Tech-Line – a growing range of laboratory products that combine modern technology, practical design, and affordability.

This isn’t a refresh. It’s a rethink. Tech-Line takes equipment generations of students have used and rebuilds it for how labs actually work today: interactive displays that make data visible and shareable, USB-C connectivity that fits modern devices, IoT integration that connects instruments to the broader classroom, and interfaces designed for how students and educators actually think and teach.

For Everyone Who Ever Picks Up Our Glassware

As laboratory quality requirements become increasingly rigorous, easy access to product documentation has become just as important as product performance. To further strengthen customer confidence, we recently introduced Trust Trace®, Eisco Industrial’s digital traceability platform.

Trust Trace provides users with direct and instant access to critical product documentation, allowing them to verify product authenticity and retrieve manufacturing and quality information whenever they need it. Such documentation is essential for laboratory compliances and audits. Therefore, traceability is not simply a feature, it is an extension of the manufacturing quality systems that support every product we produce.

For educators, institutions, and laboratory professionals, these investments mean more than improvements to our manufacturing operations.
