Earlier this month, Speexx hosted a webinar with an L&D industry thought leader: Donald Taylor, Chairman of the Learning. For insights into the 2021 digital learning trends Donald identified, and what they mean for the future of workplace learning, check out the recording here.
Speexx – a company that’s long helped global organizations improve their own communications and has, itself, decades of practice with remote work – has been at work assisting companies adjust to the new normal. The pandemic has forced many organizations to reinvent themselves, and even with vaccines slowly trickling throughout the world, it’s unlikely we’re going back to what we once thought of as “the norm” anytime soon.
If anything, we’re going to be looking at hybrid work models, but even then, a lot of folks worldwide are starting to hit a “pandemic wall.” It’s always been a challenge for L&D managers to keep learners engaged, even pre-pandemic; now that it’s been almost a year since some of us have physically seen one another, maintaining engagement – digitally – can prove even more difficult.
Speexx has been tirelessly aiding organizations with these adjustments and provides a wealth of resources on how to facilitate high participation in training. HR and L&D leaders need not fear fully embracing the move from face-to-face to digital learning.
