To ensure a well-organised and impactful experience, a coordination and administration fee applies. This fee covers coordination services, including delegate support, networking facilitation, and the organisation of participation in official side sessions.
Payment confirms your registration and commitment to participate in the delegation. An invoice will be issued upon registration and is payable within 10 days of issuance, and in any case no later than 15 days before the start of the delegation.
Should a participant withdraw their registration on or before 14 September 2026, a non-refundable administrative fee of CHF 150 will be retained.
For cancellations made from 15 September 2026 onwards, the full participation fee will be retained, as organisational commitments and arrangements will already have been made on behalf of the participant.
Please note: International flights, accommodation, travel insurance, visa costs and personal expenses are not included in the participation fee.
