Payment Terms

To ensure a well-organised and impactful experience, a coordination and administration fee applies. This fee covers coordination services, including delegate support, networking facilitation, and the organisation of participation in official side sessions.

Fees:

Platinum Members: CHF 1,850
Gold Members: CHF 2,295
Silver Members: CHF 2,430
Non-Members: Available on individual request

Payment Process:
The payment is divided into two steps:

An initial payment of CHF 1,300 is payable by credit card upon completion of this form. This initial payment confirms your registration and commitment to participate.
The remaining amount, depending on your membership level, will be invoiced separately 20 days before the event.
A non-refundable registration fee of CHF 150 will apply if the participant decides not to attend or withdraws their application on or before August 4, 2025. In case the participant withdraws after August 4, 2025, the full prepayment will be retained.
