Didacta Tech’s automation platforms support key learning areas such as PLC programming to IEC 61131-3 standards, industrial networking, EtherNet/IP, Modbus/TCP, IO-Link communication, servo and electric-axis control, analog signal processing, dashboard creation, fault diagnosis, safety systems and machine-to-machine communication. Students can work with real industrial components, develop structured control programs, connect PLCs to HMIs, control motors and actuators, inspect workpieces using sensors or barcodes, and understand how production information moves through modern digital systems.
Robotics is another major part of our capability. Our training solutions cover basic and advanced industrial robot operation, robot programming, coordinate systems, robot safety, maintenance, troubleshooting, PLC-to-robot communication and HMI integration. Applications include robotic handling, logistics, welding, milling, palletising, depalletising and vision-guided operation. By combining robots with automation stations, conveyors, sensors and IIoT monitoring, we help institutions teach robotics as part of an integrated manufacturing process rather than as a stand-alone machine.
In logistics and warehouse automation, Didacta Tech offers systems for automated sorting, barcode inspection, RFID tracking, warehouse management, robotic handling, AGV-related exercises and operational control programming.
