Worlddidac’s Trade Delegation to Latin America has been officially rescheduled to 15–28 March 2026 to ensure optimal engagement and effectiveness in light of regional developments.
This decision reflects our commitment to delivering a high-value experience for all participants — one that aligns with institutional availability, regional timing, and evolving member expectations.
As communicated during our recent briefing, the presidential election in Chile, originally scheduled for 16 November 2025 with a likely runoff in December, poses uncertainties regarding the availability of key institutions and government representatives. To maintain the quality and depth of engagements in Santiago and across the region, we have shifted the delegation to March 2026 — a more stable and logistically favourable period.
This new timeframe has also allowed us to strategically refine the program structure, drawing on input received from companies during the registration process.
New Format: More Focus, Less Travel, Stronger Connections
In collaboration with our regional partners, we have restructured the delegation to minimise intercity travel and maximise strategic interaction. Rather than relocating between multiple venues each day, the updated format brings key stakeholders directly to our delegation via:
✅ Thematic breakfast briefings with decision-makers
✅ Curated on-site visits to top institutions and innovation centres
✅ High-level networking dinners in each country
✅ Focused match-making sessions to pitch your solutions
Each country visit now includes 3–4 days of meaningful engagements, structured to balance institutional depth, market access, and comfortable travel rhythm.
A Delegation Designed Around Your Goals
The new agenda was shaped not only by regional realities but by your input. Several companies highlighted the value of having structured, high-quality networking formats over dense travel schedules. Others asked for more dedicated time to connect with regional distributors, public buyers, and training institutions. We listened. And we delivered.
