How long does it take to complete the application process?
Once we receive your complete questionnaire and supporting documents, your application will be reviewed within the following timelines:
- First-Time Applications: up to 12 weeks
- Renewal Applications: up to 6 weeks
When do I need to submit my supporting documents?
All supporting materials must be submitted within 30 days of your online application. We recommend preparing your documents in advance to avoid delays.
When is payment due?
If you pay by bank transfer, the invoice must be settled within 14 days of receiving it. If you pay by credit card, your payment is processed immediately when you submit the form.
Which application type should I choose?
First-Time Application: For companies applying for the Worlddidac Quality Charter for the first time.
Renewal Application: For companies that currently hold or have previously held the certification and wish to renew.

If your application is approved, you will:

- Be authorized to use the WQC label in your marketing materials
- Be listed as a certified company on the Worlddidac website and newsletters
