What makes Worlddidac Asia unique

Worlddidac Asia is built to generate tangible outcomes — not visibility for its own sake. The event is structured around formats that translate presence into real engagement, concrete conversations, and follow-up potential.

On the business side, Worlddidac Asia functions as a working marketplace. Exhibitors engage directly with qualified buyers, institutional representatives, and partners through curated encounters, thematic focus areas, and targeted exchange formats. The emphasis is on relevance and speed: enabling solution providers to test market interest, initiate distribution discussions, and identify project pathways within a short, focused timeframe.

From an education and system perspective, Worlddidac Asia goes beyond showcasing products. Its congress and dialogue formats are designed to anchor solutions in real educational priorities — from AI-enabled learning and future skills to TVET modernization and ecosystem development. By bringing together educators, authorities, and industry, the event creates a space where innovation is not only presented, but contextualized, challenged, and translated into use.

This combination — practical business interaction and system-level educational dialogue within one platform — is what defines Worlddidac Asia and distinguishes it from conventional trade fairs or purely academic conferences.

2025: the edition that set a new foundation in Hangzhou

The 2025 edition, co-hosted with the China Educational Equipment Industry Association (CEEIA), marked a strategic milestone for Worlddidac Asia. It established a new foundation for the event in Hangzhou, strengthening institutional cooperation and expanding international engagement — with large-scale participation and multiple formats for business and knowledge exchange. Worldiddca Asia 2025 proved to be more than just a trade show — it was a launchpad for partnerships and progress.

The evolution of Worlddidac Asia

Worlddidac Asia has continuously adapted its format, location, and partnerships to remain aligned with Asia’s education priorities and market dynamics. Rather than repeating a fixed formula, the event has evolved through distinct phases — each shaping the platform as it exists today.

Phase I – Market Entry & Regional Anchoring

Bangkok, Thailand | 2017–2019

In its early editions, Worlddidac Asia established a strong foothold in Southeast Asia. Bangkok served as an accessible regional hub, enabling international education providers to engage with Asian distributors, institutions, and ministries while testing market demand and cooperation models.

Phase II – Continuity under Changing Conditions

Virtual & hybrid formats | 2020–2021

During a period of global disruption, Worlddidac Asia shifted formats to maintain dialogue, visibility, and exchange. Virtual and hybrid editions preserved international connectivity and reinforced the platform’s role as a long-term partner for the education sector — even under constrained conditions.

Phase III – Strategic Reset & New Foundation

Hangzhou, China | 2025

The 2025 edition marked a deliberate strategic reset. Co-organized with the China Educational Equipment Industry Association (CEEIA), Worlddidac Asia entered a new phase — establishing Hangzhou as its long-term base and strengthening institutional alignment with China’s education ecosystem.

This edition expanded scale, visibility, and relevance, laying the groundwork for a renewed international platform focused on business outcomes, system dialogue, and sustained cooperation.

Phase IV – Expansion & Platform Growth

Hangzhou, China | 2026 and beyond

Building on the 2025 foundation, Worlddidac Asia 2026 represents the next step: scaling international participation, deepening thematic focus, and expanding structured engagement formats. The platform evolves from a successful event into a stable, future-oriented reference point for education and skills development in Asia.
