Description
MTS has been developing software for technical applications using mathematical methods since 1980. For the past 30 years, software products increasingly geared towards the simulation of CNC machine tools, the development of CNC control software, NC programming and the development of CAM systems for mechanical engineering have formed the core of the company.
The company's activities have been divided into the development of standardised programs and order-related user software, which today form the exclusive development orientation.
We have successfully applied the know-how from the continuous chain of our standard software products several times in large industrial projects (CNC simulation for CNC controls of different manufacturers, complex turning and milling cycles for CNC controls, tool grinding simulation for a tool grinding programming system). We have designed and implemented successful, marketable solutions with well-known German and international CNC control and machine manufacturers.
In addition to the areas mentioned, MTS also offers project-related contract software development in the technical areas of measurement, control and regulation with graphical evaluation.
However, the core competence of MTS lies in developments that border on the area of our standard software products.
We offer parts of our software as application interfaces (APIs), especially for integrating our simulation software into other software applications and for the modelling of machine tools as well as tools and clamping devices.
