Worlddidac & Swissdidac

The event is postponed to 22 – 24 November 2021!

The outbreak of COVID-19 has changed the educational landscape worldwide. In an unprecedented move, schools had to be closed indefinitely. This challenged stakeholders to embrace a new pedagogy with greater dependence on distance learning through home schooling and more interactive online teaching.

Almost overnight, a variety of online and communication tools were adapted to accommodate and migrate millions of classrooms online, challenging educators, students, parents, consumers, and producers to collectively embrace a new pedagogical normal on a global scale. The socio-economic impact of COVID-19 still raises many questions and concerns about the future and more particularly, education.

Over the past few weeks, we have been engaged with our event partner, BERNEXPO AG, exhibitors, and stakeholders, mitigating the risk of holding a large-scale event this November. Considering various issues such as global CDC and government advisories, travel restrictions, visitor safety guidelines, and other related factors, it was jointly concluded to postpone Worlddidac & Swissdidac to 22 – 24 November 2021.

The new date allows us to organise and hold a safe and successful event for our exhibitors, visitors, partners, and stakeholders alike.
