The event is postponed to 22 – 24 November 2021!
The outbreak of COVID-19 has changed the educational landscape worldwide. In an unprecedented move, schools had to be closed indefinitely. This challenged stakeholders to embrace a new pedagogy with greater dependence on distance learning through home schooling and more interactive online teaching.
Almost overnight, a variety of online and communication tools were adapted to accommodate and migrate millions of classrooms online, challenging educators, students, parents, consumers, and producers to collectively embrace a new pedagogical normal on a global scale. The socio-economic impact of COVID-19 still raises many questions and concerns about the future and more particularly, education.
Over the past few weeks, we have been engaged with our event partner, BERNEXPO AG, exhibitors, and stakeholders, mitigating the risk of holding a large-scale event this November. Considering various issues such as global CDC and government advisories, travel restrictions, visitor safety guidelines, and other related factors, it was jointly concluded to postpone Worlddidac & Swissdidac to 22 – 24 November 2021.
The new date allows us to organise and hold a safe and successful event for our exhibitors, visitors, partners, and stakeholders alike.
19th Worlddidac Award & Future Talk dates remain the same:

We are happy to announce that the 19th Worlddidac Award and the Future Talk conference will still be held in November 2020. These events, planned on a smaller scale from the very beginning, allow for implementation in compliance with all recommended safety rules.
The Worlddidac Award gala evening on Tuesday, 3 November 2020, marks the beginning of the three-day conference series, taking place from 4 – 6 November 2020. At Future Talk 2020, leaders, global decision-makers and enthusiasts with a dedicated interest and passion to create Impact by Education and Make a Difference will join efforts and generate visible contributions to support the recent UN-launch of the Decade of Action towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Agenda 2030.
